HR Training Programs The Training Center provides users with a comprehensive training curriculum comprised of over 75 employment laws and HR best practice tips. Topics include ADA, COBRA, FMLA, Sexual Harassment, Performance Appraisals, Diversity, Safety, and much more.

EduCasts EduCasts are downloadable audio training sessions that cover important HR laws and best practices, such as hiring, firing, compensation and benefits, and performance management. EduCasts can be downloaded and played either directly on your computer, on a digital audio player, or other compatible device. Supported documents and HR411® related resources are provided with each EduCast. Best of all: EduCasts are approved by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), which means listeners receive recertification credits towards PHR, SPHR, and GPHR.
