HR Training Center: EduCasts
EduCasts are downloadable audio training sessions that cover important HR laws and best practices, such as hiring, firing, compensation and benefits, and performance management. EduCasts can be downloaded and played either directly on your computer, on a digital audio player, or other compatible device. Supported documents and HR411® related resources are provided with each EduCast. Best of all: EduCasts are approved by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), which means listeners receive recertification credits towards PHR, SPHR, and GPHR.
